Experience

Roland Nezaj is a Partner at RLN US LLP, focusing on financial advisory, risk management, and consulting, and serves as the firm’s audit quality control partner, overseeing engagement quality and compliance with professional standards. 

Roland has over twenty years of experience across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, construction, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, entertainment, and media, with expertise spanning business valuations, business strategy, complex tax, auditing, financial modeling, and mergers and acquisitions.

Roland began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Europe as an auditor and rose to Deputy Office Managing Partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory for the Balkan Region, leading financial analysis, annual planning, and business development across five countries. He then joined Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in New York, where he led engagements for major Wall Street firms in business valuations, anti-money laundering, forensics and disputes, risk management consulting, financial modeling, litigation, restructuring, and M&A.

Roland also brings deep regulatory and capital reporting experience from Citigroup Global Markets, where he ran global Risk Weighted Assets calculation and reporting under Basel I; American Express, where he led credit risk regulatory reporting under Basel II; and UBS Investment Bank, where he led the design and implementation of the CCAR stress testing framework under the Enhanced Prudential Standards and guided the build of the bank’s Basel III data warehouse and data governance framework. He subsequently served in PwC’s Risk Consulting practice, serving capital markets clients nationwide.
