Experience

Felecia Sternbach is a Partner at RLN US LLP, leading tax advisory for closely held businesses, individuals, trusts and estates, and nonprofit organizations.  She has more than twenty-five years of experience in public accounting, and her approach is defined by direct, practical guidance and client relationships she has carried for decades.  

Felecia built her career in audit and assurance before concentrating on tax.  She has prepared financial statement audits for both SEC and non-SEC clients and led internal audit reviews, risk assessments, and compliance and third-party audits.  That assurance background carries directly into her tax work, she understands how a set of financials is built before she advises on it, which is why clients with complex entity, trust, and estate structures rely on her.

Prior to joining RLN US LLP, Felecia was Managing Partner of a mid-sized CPA firm in White Plains and co-founder of Sternbach & Rose, CPAs, a Westchester practice serving business owners, professionals, and families throughout the tri-state area.  At RLN US LLP, she combines that owner-level advisory experience with the firm’s audit and assurance depth to serve clients across a wide range of industries, with a focus on responsiveness and long-term relationships.
