Experience

Lularta Aliu-Halili is a Director at RLN US LLP and leads the firm’s global operations. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has overseen day-to-day operations, talent acquisition, human capital, and service delivery across the firm’s client-service and back-office functions, designing the policies, processes, and systems that support the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through training and performance management, building the operational foundation that supports RLN’s teams and clients.

Before RLN, Lularta spent five years at Deloitte as a Manager in Consulting, Human Capital and Change Management, serving private and public sector clients across Albania and Kosovo.  She developed human capital strategies for talent management, change management, and organizational effectiveness, and led major transformation projects from organizational design through implementation.

Earlier in her career, Lularta spent more than a decade with KBR, Inc. supporting U.S. government services operations in Iraq and Kosovo, rising from Human Resources Associate to Lead Senior Human Resources Generalist for large-scale projects in Middle East, including service as acting HR Manager. She began her career with the United Nations in Kosovo. That grounding, running people and operations in demanding, high-tempo environments shapes the operational discipline she brings to RLN’s global platform.
