Experience

Arban Gashi is a Senior Manager in Tax Advisory at RLN US LLP, with more than a decade of experience across accounting, tax, and advisory. His expertise spans tax planning and compliance for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals, exempt-organization tax matters, transfer pricing, and the tax implications of business and operational decisions, serving clients across a wide range of industries.

Arban began his career at Deloitte in accounting and tax, where he spent four years serving clients across industries and building strong technical foundations in both disciplines. He joined RLN US LLP in 2019 and led the firm’s accounting team for several years, supervising and developing the team, overseeing client accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing across a broad client portfolio, and strengthening the team’s review standards and processes.

Arban leads tax engagements from planning through filing, reviewing complex returns and technical positions, advising clients on year-end planning and projections, and mentoring the firm’s tax team, while working closely with the accounting and audit teams to deliver coordinated, consistent advice. His accounting background complements his tax practice, providing a working knowledge of clients’ books and records that support well-documented tax positions, and his Lean Six Sigma training informs his focus on process quality and efficiency.
