Experience

Faton Deliu is a Senior Manager in Audit & Assurance practice, with more than seven years of experience leading and managing audit engagements across a range of industries, including financial services, real estate, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. His experience also includes Single Audits of organizations receiving federal funding, performed in accordance with Uniform Guidance requirements.

Faton began his career at RSM, where he spent more than five years progressing from Junior Auditor to Audit Manager. During that time, he planned and executed audit engagements, supervised engagement teams, and developed risk-based audit approaches tailored to clients across multiple industries.

At RLN, Faton leads audit engagements from initial planning through report issuance. He assesses engagement risks, develops audit strategies tailored to each client’s operations and circumstances, supervises fieldwork, and reviews workpapers and financial statements. He also manages engagement timelines, coordinates closely with client personnel, mentors audit professionals, and communicates audit findings, internal control observations, and practical recommendations to management. His approach is grounded in the disciplined application of professional standards, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the engagement.
