Experience

Daklea Fidlow is a Manager in Human Capital and People Operations, where she supports the firm’s people strategy and oversees key aspects of the employee experience across its U.S. and global teams. Her responsibilities span the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and total rewards administration, payroll, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and HR operations.

Daklea began her career at Cerberus Capital Management, supporting the private equity legal team, before joining the Human Resources practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. There, she supported executive search engagements focused on senior human resources leadership positions. She later joined Veterinary Emergency Group, where she progressed through several roles across the People and Total Rewards functions, including HR Associate, Benefits Specialist, and Solutions Associate in People Operations. In these roles, she supported a large, multi-site workforce through a shared services and center of excellence model, with responsibilities spanning benefits and leave administration, employee relations, HR operations, and manager support.

At RLN, Daklea oversees the firm’s day-to-day human capital and people operations function, with responsibility for developing and administering the policies, processes, and systems that support a growing and geographically diverse workforce. She plays an integral role in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and workforce planning.  In addition to overseeing internal payroll administration, she supports select clients with payroll and related human resources matters. Daklea works closely with firm leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, talent development, and broader human capital initiatives, while serving as a key resource to employees and managers.
