Experience

Agon Saraci is a Manager in RLN US LLP’s Tax Advisory practice with more than seven years of experience serving businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. He advises clients on federal and state tax compliance and planning matters, including individual, partnership, corporate, and tax-exempt organization filings.

Agon began his career at RLN as an intern and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility across the firm’s accounting and tax practices. His experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and property accounting gives him a practical understanding of how day-to-day financial operations influence tax reporting and planning.

He oversees engagements from preparation through final review, including projections, quarterly estimated payments, and responses to federal and state tax notices. Agon also collaborates with the firm’s accounting teams and supports the training and development of tax professionals, with a focus on technical quality, consistency, and professional growth.
