Experience

Erona Paloi is a Manager in Property Accounting and Asset Management practice, with more than seven years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial reporting.  She oversees the financial operations of client property portfolios, supporting property owners and management companies with day-to-day accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and owner-level reporting. She also leads the team of property accountants and analysts supporting these engagements.

Erona has built her career at RLN US LLP, beginning as an accounting intern and advancing through positions of increasing responsibility across the firm’s accounting and tax practices. Earlier in her career, she supported tax compliance for businesses and individuals in addition to managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting engagements. She later served as a project lead and financial analyst for property management clients, overseeing the financial performance and reporting of multi-property portfolios.

Erona manages property accounting operations across her portfolio, including monthly closes, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, budget preparation, and variance analysis. She works closely with property managers, owners, and auditors to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and responsive to client needs. She also leads and develops the firm’s property accounting professionals, improves workflows and close processes, and supports the onboarding of new clients and properties onto the firm’s platform.
