Experience

Kaltrina Shatri is a Manager in Property Accounting and Asset Management practice, with more than ten years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and property budgeting. She oversees the financial operations of client property portfolios, supporting property owners and management companies with day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and owner-level reporting. She leads the team of property accountants and analysts supporting these engagements.

Earlier in her career, Kaltrina held accounting and financial reporting roles in industry, including a controllership position responsible for financial statement preparation, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations. She brings that perspective to her work with property owners and management companies, and to the reporting needs of multi-property portfolios.

Kaltrina manages property accounting operations across her portfolio, including monthly closes, bank reconciliations, lease administration, and financial reporting. She brings depth in property budgeting, leading the budget process for client portfolios from preparation through owner review. She works extensively in Yardi Voyager and coordinates closely with property managers, owners, and auditors to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and responsive to client needs. She also leads and develops the firm’s property accounting professionals and supports the onboarding of new clients and properties onto the firm’s platform.
