NEW YORK, NY, September 1, 2026 – RLN US LLP, a New York City based CPA and advisory firm with approximately 120 professionals, announced the acquisition of Sternbach & Rose, CPAs, P.C., a Westchester County accounting firm. The transaction closed effective September 1, 2026.
Founded in 2011, Sternbach & Rose has built long-standing relationships with businesses, individuals, and families throughout Westchester County. The firm is known for its hands-on partner involvement, personalized service, and expertise in tax, accounting, and advisory services.
The combination expands RLN’s tax and accounting practice and further strengthens the firm’s presence in Westchester County through Sternbach & Rose’s established Valhalla office. It also brings together two firms with a shared commitment to technical quality, accessibility, and long-term client relationships.
Under the agreement, Felecia Sternbach will join RLN US LLP as a tax partner, together with the Sternbach & Rose professional team. Co-founder Ellen Rose will retire following a transition period.
The Westchester office will remain in Valhalla, and clients will continue to work with the professionals they know and trust. Through RLN, Sternbach & Rose clients will also have access to a broader team and expanded capabilities across tax, accounting, audit and assurance, client accounting services, and advisory and consulting services.

In addition to tax and accounting services, clients will have access to RLN’s audit and assurance practice, CFO services, outsourced accounting and financial reporting, transaction and advisory services, and other specialized capabilities as their needs evolve.
